I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that offered a luxurious and comfortable experience. The location of this place was fantastic, directly opposite a shopping centre that stayed open until late. It was so convenient to have plenty of food options right on the doorstep. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing first-class service, especially the receptionist. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided. this hotel provided a fantastic location and excellent service.

I highly recommend this hotel to friends for its luxurious amenities and quality service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with shops and restaurants in close proximity. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The breakfast had a great variety of items and the buffet was of great standard. The parking was ample and free for guests.

The staff is courteous, the breakfast exceptional, the ocation is easy very close to the Touchwood centre and the town, Solihull and restaurants. The services are exceptional, including a good pool.

I liked staff and location, which were ideal. I was there for 2 nights and ate at terrace restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with slippers and hand grips.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The food, including breakfast, was excellent. The hotel had a modern and clean design. The dining options included an outdoor terrace. The bedroom had a comfortable armchair.

I had the standard room which was top-notch and nicely furnished with very comfortable bed.

We liked staff and location, very comfy beds and the hotel itself was fairly clean. The terrace restaurant was perfect with lots of meals in the menu.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Town Centre, with shops, restaurants, and a shopping complex directly opposite. Guests can easily explore the area and find plenty of options for eating out. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provides a great location and comfortable accommodations.

The shower in the room may need improvement, as some guests mentioned difficulties with the shower setting.

The hotel appeared to be contemporary and I loved staff and food. Comfy beds, an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch. Pool was nice too. Besides, I parked on site. Had brunch in the Slug & Lettuce, located nearby.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to the NEC and free parking, which was a bonus. the hotel staff were very caring and professional, especially the lady at the reception who showed compassion when my daughter fell ill after eating at the NEC. the overall stay was really enjoyable and I would highly recommend it.

One minor inconvenience was that the extra large quilt provided in the room was not to our preference, as we would have preferred individual quilts. the size of the TV in the room was too small, especially when watching from the bed.

The room was brand-new and the breakfast was savoury, lots of options. An easy walk to a cinema and a theatre. Service was good there.

Ideal location and clean place, I loved polite staff. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was gorgeous. The room was well-appointed and tidy, which made the experience comfortable.

Nice view, everything was excellent. Spacious bedroom and good beds.
